Registration & Physicals Information:
We have a nurse practitioner( Dina Swanson) that will be providing free SPORTS PHYSICALS during registration on August 4th and 5th from 8am to 12pm and on August 9th from 9am to 12pm. They will also be able to schedule SCHOOL PHYSICALS to be done at her clinic during the afternoon of those days that can be billed through insurance. If a child needs vaccines she will refer them to Vermilion County Health Dept. for the needed vaccines. Just a reminder that we will be day 1 compliance with school physicals and immunizations this year. So all children must have their school physical and immunizations completed and turned in prior to starting school on day 1.
