Tonight's rescheduled volleyball game against Schlarman Academy will be at the North Campus, 2112 N Vermilion Street, Danville, with a 5:30 start time.

8th Grade students will be selling cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes for their class fundraiser this year. The individual bundlets will be $5 each. Checks should be made payable to OJHS. Sales begin today and orders and payment are due on March 15th. Please contact Mrs. Grimm or Mrs. Peterson with any questions.

The final day to order OJHS yearbooks online is tomorrow, February 28th. Cost is $16. Online code is in the attached picture.

Project Success for OJHS has been canceled for tonight, Thursday, February 24. A virtual program is available through Google Classroom.

The Eighth Grade Volleyball County Championship games have been moved to Monday, February 21. The OJHS game will begin at 5:00 pm at Potomac Grade School.

OJHS will be celebrating "Twosday" on Tuesday, February 22nd. Students are encouraged to dress like twins with a classmate or to wear "two inspired" items. Student Council will be selling items for $1 and under. Please see the attached pictures for more information.

Oakwood Junior High School students will be dismissed at regular time from Oakwood Grade School after attending the school assembly. CAR RIDERS - Pick-up will be on the west side of the building through the car rider line. WALKERS - Students will leave from the northwest doors. BUS RIDERS - Bus riders will load busses on the East side of the building.

Tonight's scheduled volleyball against Rossville-Alvin will be at OJHS. 6:00 pm starting time.

OJHS Eighth Grade Students will be measured for graduation gowns on Tuesday, January 25. The form is attached for gown and graduation apparel costs.

Eighth Grade Night for Boys Basketball and Cheer at Oakwood Grade School. We will announce athletes before the eighth grade game.

Tonight's rescheduled boys basketball game vs. Armstrong-Potomac will be at Oakwood Grade School with a 6:00 pm start time.

OJHS Volleyball practice for Wednesday, December 8 will be 4:00 - 5:30 at OJHS.

Tomorrow is the last day for the food collection for the Oakwood Area Food Pantry. Please remember our student council is collecting specific items: *canned corn *boxes of cake mix Students should bring their items to the library in order to receive credit and have their name entered in the contest to win a lunch of their choosing from an Oakwood restaurant. Thank you in advance for helping our local families in need.
