2022 Comet Kickoff Continued onto the Football Field for the 2nd Half of the Event. The OHS Cheerleaders, Comettes, and Football Team were Introduced. The Cheer and Dance Teams Performed at Halftime as Well as the Youth Footballers. It was Great to See All the Purple!!! Go Comets

The OHS Golf Team Opens Their Season This Coming Thursday 8/11 @ Harrison Park Golf Course. Oakwood is Hosting the Inaugural Oakwood "Bring 5" Scramble. There Will Be 17 Schools Participating & We Are Excited to Host!!! The Scramble Starts @ 1pm for Anyone Wishing to Attend.
Meals are NO LONGER FREE for all students. The USDA ended the waivers that allowed for free meals for all students at the end of last year. If you believe your student qualifies, you will need to complete a household eligibility application. Call 217.446.6081 for more information.

Soccer Field Update: The OSF Soccer Team is Excited to Announce that All of OSF Games Will Be Played at Oakwood Grade School This Season. They Will Host Watseka in Their 1st Home Game on August 25th at 430pm. OSF Will Host 8 Home Games in All This Season.
Oakwood CUSD #76 Will Have Physicals at OGS on Wednesday 8/3 & Monday 8/8 during Registration. It is on a 1st Come 1st Serve Basis and it Will Be from 8am-12pm. It is $30. All Prospective Athletes Must Have an Up to Date Physical on File Before Participation in ANY Sport.
