We are aware that there have been some issues with the Attendance Check In on TeacherEase. We are working with TeacherEase to try to correct these problems. If you do not get the check in box when signing in, please contact your students teacher. They have the ability to correct the attendance. As a reminder, students in Grades 4-12 can check themselves in by logging in with their TeacherEase accounts. An instructional sheet for both parent and student login can be found at the following link: https://5il.co/emvf Daily Attendance check in times are between 8 AM and 3 PM.

As a precautionary measure, Oakwood Grade School will be temporarily closed on August 31st, September 1st, and September 2nd. Students will be transitioned to Remote Learning for these 3 days. To help keep track of attendance during Remote Learning Days, we are asking all parents to log into TeacherEase between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM to check your student in for daily attendance. IESA Member Schools Announcement: IESA Board unanimously approved to cancel the regular season and IESA state series in the sports of boys and girls golf, boys baseball, girls softball, and boys and girls cross-country for the 2020-21 school year. Girls softball practice was scheduled to start July 27. The baseball and cross-country seasons were scheduled to start August 3. The Board delayed any decision on girls basketball. The first day of girls basketball practice is scheduled for August 31. The Board will meet again in late August to make a decision regarding girls basketball.
