Meals are NO LONGER FREE for all students. The USDA ended the waivers that allowed for free meals for all students at the end of last year. If you believe your student qualifies, you will need to complete a household eligibility application. Call 217.446.6081 for more information.

Please note there will be no meal pick up service next Wednesday, November 11th due to the Veteran’s Day holiday. Meals for next Monday and Tuesday were included in pickup on Nov. 4th in addition to this week’s meals. When you sign up for meals for pick up on Wednesday, November 18th, you will receive meals for next Thursday and Friday as well. There is no sign up for next week - however, signups will resume on Thursday, November 12th for the following week’s pickup of November 18th. The USDA has granted a waiver effective Sept. 1 through Dec. 31st 2020 which allows schools to offer meals free of charge as we did in the spring. In order to pick up meals, you must complete the linked form below to request these meals. Please complete the form no later than 3:15pm Friday to pick up meals on the following Wednesday. We are aware that there have been some issues with the Attendance Check In on TeacherEase. We are working with TeacherEase to try to correct these problems. If you do not get the check in box when signing in, please contact your students teacher. They have the ability to correct the attendance.
As a reminder, students in Grades 4-12 can check themselves in by logging in with their TeacherEase accounts. An instructional sheet for both parent and student login can be found at the following link:

As a precautionary measure, Oakwood Grade School will be temporarily closed on August 31st, September 1st, and September 2nd. Students will be transitioned to Remote Learning for these 3 days. To help keep track of attendance during Remote Learning Days, we are asking all parents to log into TeacherEase between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM to check your student in for daily attendance.
